Move selected files to a folder by selecting any folder or from a list of folders?

Hello. I would like to accomplish the following.

I have a list of (10) frequently used folders.

  • I would like to select a file or files.
  • Trigger move to selected folder macro.
  • Select a folder from the list of predetermined folders.
  • Move the files to that folder.
    How can I do that? I found a few macros that move to 1 folder. I would like to select it from a list...
