Moving Lines of Text Up Down in Outlook

Hi All,

Could I get some help improving this macro? This is one of my 1st macros and it's not working very consistently.

I'd like to replicate the action for native(?) macOS apps where you can use a hotkey to move lines of text up and down. Here, I'm selecting the line, cutting, moving up and then pasting. But it's very inconsistent. Sometimes the paste doesn't work or it happens twice.

(There's a second macro for going in the other direction.)
