Multiple Copies, Multiple Pastes- Ideas needed!

I'm in constant need of copying multiple separate items, then pasting those items into another doc. Ex: Copy the person's name in email, AND their business name, then pasting the name.. and then the business name.

Currently I'm doing this one at a time- copy/paste the name, then returning to the original email to then copy, then paste the business.

I'm new to KM, but there has to be a way I can temporarily copy two separate texts, then paste the texts seperately.... right?
