Ever since installing Keyboard Maestro, whenever I use CMD+SHIFT+V to paste values without formatting, I get a popup called Named Clipboard Switcher, and I don't seem to be able to paste values. How do I turn this off?
It's a macro called "Activate Named Clipboard Switcher" that's installed by default. You'll find it in the "Switcher Group" Macro Group, and you can either change the macro's hot key to something else or uncheck the "Triggered by..." box to disable it entirely.
