Native Keyboard Maestro and multiple Stream Decks

Hello

If I use the native Keyboard Maestro plugin on my Stream Deck + on button R1C1 to trigger a macro and want to use the plugin on my Stream Deck XL on the button R1C1 to trigger another macro it doesnt work because both buttons trigger the same macro.

Can I tel KM the Stream Deck name/type or what ever the button was pressed from?

I tried to use the ID. Instead of R1C1 I changed the ID to XLR1C1 but it gets ignored when I press the button.

With the native Keyboard Maestro Stream Deck pluginb, you can configure the row and column of any button to anything you want, so just ensure it is unique on the different devices. R1C1 is just the default for the button at row 1 column 1, but you can make it R201C201.

Thank you!! That is what I was looking for!

I am sure you have also seen "KM Link" which is why you said native plugin. This works fantastic and a bit more intitive for me and I use this all the time with multiple Stream Decks. I love that it now shows the most recently modified at the top and I sometime just change the name to have it show at the top.

I know the KM Link. And I use it. But I wanted the native one for changing the icons after running the script.

Peternlewis showed me the solution. It's so easy to use after I figured it out. Now I change the icon, show a OK, alert or change the title.

Thanks for the reminder, that is a cool feature of the native action.
