Nested palettes w/ single key hotkeys best practices (v9.0.4)

Hey fellow KM peeps!
Is this a good way to do nested palettes with each item having a single letter hotkey? This seems like a super common use case, but I couldn’t find any examples. Since there are a number of ways to invoke palettes, and I’m a little fuzzy on the best method to take. I just want to make sure I’m not doing something really egregious, before I commit a lot of effort into this way if it's not right. Are there any gotcha's that I might run into using this method?

This example macro launches a main palette w/ F13 and then uses single letter hotkeys (1,2,3,4,B,X) to launch respective nested palettes.

thanks!

Yes, this is a perfectly fine way to use palettes and nested palettes, and I don't believe you should run into any gotchas that wouldn't be apparent from the test macros you created.
