I have the Omnitronic-FAD-9-MIDI-Controller - Will I be able to assign the rotary knob instead ??

Assign to what? Mouse movement? You can, and it's been explored before, but it's limited, janky and not a patch on the complete solution that nOb provides (IMHO).

Ok. I was seeing if I could use what I already have.
Yes like the mouse in controlling knob in the Logic plug ins.

Im Just trying to get my head around KM and assigning to Stream deck and Logic Pro
