How do I keep Keyboard Maestro from hijacking existing system and app shortcuts?
On Mac Safari, ctrl-tab moves to the next tab, shift-ctrl-tab moves to the previous tab. But straight out of the box, ctrl-tab hijacks the Safari action to something else. Do I have to go in and find/disable every default KM shortcut that conflicts?
I suspect that this is because there is a group of macros in KM called "Switcher Group" which is provided as a free set of useful macros. If any (or all) of them are actions you don't want, you can disable them individually or all at the same time by disabling the group. I think there are 7 actions in that group which you can disable if you don't want to use them.
