Not able to upgrade to 11.0.3 from 10.2

I recently paid for the 11.0.3 upgrade and have been given a serial, but it seems like I cannot register the new version from the KM menu (see attached - Register Keyboard Maestro only redirects me to About Keyboard Maestro). Is there any way for me to do this without having to download the new version and possibly lose any macros?

You're trying to use an 11.x serial on version 10.x, and that won't work. The app itself needs to be updated first, then you can apply the serial.

You won't lose any macros; they're stored outside the app. Just download and install 11.0.3, launch it, and put in your serial.
