I am cursed with a large number of (non-ocr'd) scanned documents so I created a little tool that helps my screen grab what I want, recognize the text and allows me to immediately utilize the text from my clipboard.. hope it helps people..

I have one suggestion that might help you. In your OCR action, the language you chose was "Languages -- English" but if you change that to "Apple Text Recognition" you will get results that contains much fewer errors (although if your PDFs are computer generated, the default OCR engine may be acceptable) and will be at least 5x speedier.
I will mention that anyone else who wants to use your macro will have to change the hardcoded paths.
