That is definitely my computer. I had to buy another computer just for my wife to use for an hour a month.
Back when I worked primarily on Windows, I replaced the normal Windows GUI entirely with apps like Rainmeter and Stardock’s Object Desktop.
Lol this is also my machine xD when i have people at work trying to work with it they have issues, mainly cause they are using windows but also cause of my layout. I have a lot of triggers, shortcuts etc. via Bettertouchtool, Alfred and of course Keyboard Maestro 
@nikivi I hope that karabiner sticky keys soon works on sierra again as i want the again 
That makes me LAUGH. I’m only half way there, and it makes me wonder if getting “all the way to geek heaven” is worth it. 
I bought my Mac in the country where I live.
As well as KM customizations, it has the local keyboard but my muscle-memory means I have the Input set to my native language…
