Open currently selected file with Chrome?

Hey guys. I have Safari set as my default browser, but sometimes I need to open certain HTML files with Chrome in order to use a plugin.

I’ve been trying to set a keyboard shortcut that would open the currently selected file (in Finder) with Chrome, but haven’t been able to figure out the correct way to do this. Is this shortcut possible?

This is definitely possible, even simple, although the solution may not be immediately obvious if you're not familiar with the actions involved:

Open Selected Files in Chrome.kmmacros (1.9 KB)

For the moment, this sample macro should do what you specify, but if you have any further questions, feel free to ask!

@gglick Thanks! I had a hunch that there could be a pretty simple solution here. I’m new to this and actually poked around before posting here, but wasn’t able to figure out the solution on my own. Thanks a lot!
