Open Startup Disc

I tend to use the F11 key to (1) clear my desktop so I can (2) find my startup drive to (3) click it - to open it - so I can (4) navigate to wherever. Then I'll press F11 again which is when the avalanche returns (apps and windows that were open). Realizing this was an automatic habit that I was getting tired of, I wrote a simple macro that opens the startup disk and brings it to the front. The macro works whether your startup disk folder is already open––or not.

Hey @Clint,

You only need the AppleScript to accomplish this.

tell application "Finder" to open startup disk

There's no need to pause or to mess with the window.

All will be handled by that one line of AppleScript.
