I am using Jump Desktop to remote into our works systems. All my keyboard macros work great but is there a way to set a macro to open an application on my remote system? Everything I try just bounces me back to my home system and opens the application there. Thanks!

Your remote system is a Mac?
You should be able to use ssh and the Execute a Shell Script action to do this.
You might be able to use AppleScript.
I'm not familiar with Jump, so I don't know if it has any scripting support.
