KM Takes about 0.6 seconds to execute this macro could we use a different method to speed it up preferably down to 0.1 seconds or less?
We just want to be able to ultimately execute the 'Duplex Scan' request as quickly as possible.

If you want all your scans to be "Duplex Scan", then just make that setting in a ScanSnap Profile, and leave that Profile selected, and the SS Manager running.
Then, as soon as you press the button on the scanner, it will start with that Profile.
I use this all the time and it works great.
I don't know what method you are using, but here is a script to change Profiles.
I don't know how fast it is.
