I make a lot of documentation and I regularly open the files with Acrobat Pro to create optimized (smaller) PDFs before I post them. This is the first macro I've created that is somewhat complex and that worked! Posting it to give back to all the helpful folks here. Feedback welcome, of course.

This is a great idea. What version of Acrobat Pro are you using? I’m having issues using the latest Acrobat Pro DC 2015 and may need to play with the keystroke commands if you used something earlier.
I’m using Acrobat Pro 11.0.2.

I'm a beginner regarding KM, but I use PDF Expert and I could easily adapt your macro to my workflow.
