Overriding KM shortcuts

I'm adding keyboard shortcuts to FileMaker.
I'd like to keep the same pattern for the existing commands.

Manage Database is Command Shift D
Manage Layouts is Command Shift L
Manage Value LIsts is nothing.

I'd like to have Command Shift V for Manage Value Lists but I get the Keyboard Maestro Named Keyboard Switcher opening.

How do I change the Hot Key for Keyboard Maestro Named Keyboard Switcher?

I think maybe you mean the Named Clipboard Switcher? If so, you can find it in the Switcher Group and either change/delete the hotkey trigger or disable the macro (or even delete it if you want).
