Palette app specific hotkeys active when palette not displayed

Hello,
All my app specific palettes are configured in such a way that they are displayed when active as per below.
I notice that sometimes my app specific palette hotkeys are active although my palette is not displayed. It is possible that I accidentally activated the palette, but if that was the case, it should be displayed.
This happened a few times this morning in Snagit.
This has happened other times with other apps. Otherwise I would not have bothered reporting it.

Hey Ronald,

Fortunately, this is an easy fix. Right now this palette, and presumably your others, are set to always be activated in addition to showing the palette, which means the app-specific palette hotkeys are active all the time, even when the palette isn't shown. To have it behave how you want, make sure your app-specific palettes are set to Activated for one action when:, like this:
