I swear I encountered this once before, put I can't remember what the solution was.
I created a Ventura VM in Parallels to test some macros before I released them. I like to use F15 for certain things.
In this new VM, F15 is not recognized by KM. F14, F16, etc. are recognized, but not F15. And by "recognized", I mean I can't assign it as a hotkey in KM. It's as though I didn't even press it.
There's nothing wrong with the keyboard, since it's the same keyboard I use all the time.
It makes me thing that F15 is assigned to something else, somewhere, but I can't find it. I looked at various settings in System Settings, but couldn't find it.
The only the thing that comes to mind is the display brightness setting in Keyboard Shortcuts, but Keyboard Maestro doesn't usually have any problems overriding system shortcuts.
I looked at that, but it wasn't the problem. Thanks, though!
Thanks, I appreciate knowing I'm not alone. It's really no big deal, actually, because everything else works, but it's good to know that it's more likely a problem with Parallels than anything else.
