Paste From Named Clipboard w/Title Case Not Working
When I paste from this Named Clipboard the results don't meet expectations of being in Title Case and instead is still in all capitalized letters. Please help explain what I'm missing or doing wrong.

If you Title case a string that is all caps to being with, it will remain all caps. You have to Lowercase it first.
The Improved Title case macro I uploaded a while ago (Improved Title Case Macro) actually looks for this condition and automatically Lowercases an all-caps string before Title casing it.
