Paste text plain without hold shift

I'm new here and my daily work need past a ton of plain texts， could I setup it to help me pasting without hold the shift key？
Some data is from Excel so the format is suck.

Standard for pasting as plaintext (without any format) on mac is command + option +shift + v across almost all application I believe is what the author is referring too.
