Press Control-Option-Shift

I'm trying to press Control - Option - Shift while in Safari in an app simulating a Microsoft app. I think that's what's going on. The Control - Option - Shift opens up a side panel where I can then paste using Cmd-V, hit Control - Option - Shift again then use control-V to paste into the Microsoft app.

I'm trying to make a macro for these and a couple of other steps. FWIW, it's MS SQL Server Management Studio that I'm using for a SQL course.

Worked again. Found the answer immediately after posting: Type Modifiers. I was looking for modifiers inside another text action.
