Yes, that's the intended behavior of Activate trigger,
it only runs once, when you switch to it (activate it).

You need a different trigger, like Is Running:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
AND a If condition that checks if the app is at the front:
this way, the macro runs every 5 seconds, but only if the app is at the front

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Example Macro ==(disabled)==:
Mana - when at the front, continously run.kmmacros (82.5 KB)

I don't know why, macro seems to run just 1 time when I change to game window, them nothing happens, ive tried so many different ways
