Relative location over absolute location

I use Keyboard Maestro to open folders on my computer. For example, to open the Dropbox folder, I use /users/arunsathiya/Dropbox.

My Mac's home directory was changed from arunsathiya to aruns today, and my Keyboard Maestro Macros don't work anymore.

How cool it would be if we could define relative locations instead of absolute locations. I would like to define /Dropbox as the location instead of /users/arunsathiya/Dropbox so that all future changes will be handled automatically.

Or, is this possible already?

It is. If you use ~/Dropbox instead of the full path, the ~ acts as a stand-in for your users/[USER NAME] directory, no matter what your user name is.
