Remove specific text and spacing from clipboard entry

I think I can use find and replace to remove the text (see in other topics/replies), but I'm uncertain about removing the (complex) spacing.

Please provide real-world examples of both the before and after processing by KM.
Put each in a Code Block, using "text" as the language.
