I am a KM Newbie and want to create a Macro to rename myself in Zoom meetings. I use a company account to host sessions and several other people do as well. The account is called something like “Company” and every time I host a session, I have to rename myself to “First Last | Company.”
The only way to access the Rename command is to mouse over myself in the Participants Panel, then click More, then Click Rename, then enter the new name. I figure that the only way to make this happen is by using the Click on Found Image action, but this is far too complex for me.
Can anyone offer any guidance?
