Replace Send command in Apple Mail with KM macro Cmd-return

Can anyone give me a macro that replaces the Apple Mail command Shift-Cmd-D with Cmd-Return? Would be awesome… . Thanks in advance

You can do this without Keyboard Maestro, just assign a keyboard shortcut to "Send Again" in System Settings > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts > App Shortcuts:
