Request: Change Numbering on Clipboard History Switcher

Continuing the discussion from Paste from Clipboard History 1 and keep position?:

I of course was using the numbers in the history switcher pane, NOT the past clipboard # as you have explained it.

@peternlewis, many of us find it confusing to see Clipboard numbers that start at 1, whereas the PastClipboard token starts at 0.
I don't see any benefit to the History starting at 1.

I have made this mistake many times when quickly glancing at the CHS, and I've seen a number of posts from other users who have the same issue.

Please change the Clipboard History Switcher to start at 0.
