I have noticed that actions that contain conditions are often misinterpreted by KM users and have resulted in a fair bit of discussion and explanation in the KM forum.
To be clear I'm taking about actions that look like these:
(Obviously there are many other such similar actions.)
It's the bits highlighted that sometimes cause confusion because they do not always represent the actual state of the condition when the macro is run as opposed to when the macro is just viewed in the editor.
So I'm just wondering if there might be a way of enhancing the user manual/wiki to include an explanation of how this information should be properly interpreted.
