Restart Computer and Shut Down Computer: Reopening windows - not!

Hi One and All, obviously, the Restart Computer and Shut Down Computer actions do start the computer with all windows open, that were open when it was shut down.

I want my computer to restart NOT with those windows open, though.

How do I do that? Thanks!

When you shutdown your computer manually you can uncheck the box. I think this box is checked now on your computer!
