I know that we can run "execute macro" asynchronously, but can we run Group asynchronously? Otherwise I will have to put those Groups in the macro into multiple separate macros and call them asynchronously. Thanks.

I'm guessing you mean grouped-actions within a single macro – yes?
In that case – you can't.
The only way is to turn them into sub-macros.
