I have a macro in Chrome that switches between the last 2 tabs used. I've been trying to do the same in Safari. I know the Shift + Command + Right or Left arrow shortcut but I'm looking for 1 Trigger to swap safari tabs, regardless of where they are sit in Safari.
Sounds like the same kind of macro as shown in this prior thread:

Thank you for your help. I have the Macro installed but not working. It's probably me. Can you help me troubleshoot?
Is it (or its group) greyed out? If so it hasn't yet been enabled.
If the problem persists after checking what noisneil has noted as a possibility, from the Keyboard Maestro Editor, use the Help menu to select Interactive Help.
No it's not grayed out and the engine is active. Any other suggestions? Thank you.
Could you post a screenshot of the Editor with the macro selected?
Sorry, I meant a screenshot of the entire app, not just the macro viewer.
The macro group is greyed out, meaning it hasn't yet been enabled. Right-click and select Enable Macro Group.
Another clue is the macro's trigger text -- it says "...(when macro group is enabled):", which only shows when the Group is not enabled.
That was it! I've spent HOUR trying to figure this out. Thanks to all for that helped.
Fixed! Thank You!!!
Thank You!!!
