I want to create a macro where I have 6 of of the same images on my screen for example, but they are all in a different position. What I want to do is click them all one after one, but not click the same one twice, is this possible?
Yes, this is arguably what the Found Images collection is for. Here's a sample macro that should help you get started.

Unfortunately it seems to only click 2 photos out of the 5 exact photos for some reason and it stops there, any idea why?
I'm afraid it's impossible to guess why that could be happening without more info. If you could share the image in question and a screenshot of your Mac when trying to use it, then we could test it for ourselves and see what might be going wrong.
