Save as PDF in place

I’m new to KM and am not sure where to start, but what I’d like to do is to be able to trigger a macro that takes the currently open PDF in preview and flattens it by printing it to PDF over the top of itself. I’m assuming I’d need to acquire the current directory of the open file and then from there can likely use menu commands. Does anyone have ideas on something like this?

That should be mostly explained by previous posts on the forum.

Search for “preview”, and have a look.

Totally fair. Already found how to get the path of the document. No idea why I was searching for ‘pdf’ instead of ‘preview’.
