Is it possible to take a multi-page screenshot of a website and save it as a single document?

Not with Keyboard Maestro.
Some utilities like SnagIt can do scrolling captures.

Keyboard Maestro can merge images together, so it depends on what exactly you are trying to do, although as @ccstone notes, there are tools for this specifically.
