I hope this would be possible.
As a person who relies solely on the keyboard for mostly all the input and things I do on my laptop I have a problem of trying to select text that I need to further do actions with it. I made a small issue of it here too.
Essentially I want a keyboard maestro macro or something else that would scan current laptop screen for words and allow me to find things on the page. This would be absolutely phenomenal and life changing feature to have especially if it were to work globally. If someone was to make a utility app for this task, I would gladly pay for it. Perhaps this can be achieved with Keyboard Maestro too but I am really not sure.
