You are the expert and I respect your opinion, but I did more testing and I think that it is a small bug. It may interest the master @peternlewis
Yes, you are right: the name of the group appears at the top right, or more precisely at the extreme top right.
The problem is that if you do a search and click on any macro, the system (KBM or the OS) will initiate a very small amount of downward scroll.
Look at the images below: in the me sometimes image, you see the top of the macro with no scrolling. The name of the group is clearly visible with space above it.
In the image you posted, there was a tiny bit of spontaneous downscrolling. *Finder" is very close to the top but fully visible.
In some cases, as per my image “me other times", 2 things happen: there is a small amount of spontaneous downscrolling, but just enough to hide the macro group name, and the scroll bar disappears which if I understand correctly is normal after a certain time.
This may seem like a trivial effect, but the consequences are very irritating: going through each macro group one by one to find the macro, as happened to me.
