The server is currently under a heavy load from some sort of network issue, probably just a bad web scraper loading the system down.
It doesn't seem to be causing too much trouble other than loading the server - not much extra bandwidth or such. So hopefully it will go away soon. But you might see errors from the server like "too many requests" or the like that you don't normally see.
