It looks like your target link is in a HTML iframe. If so, it may not be accessible from KM, or any JavaScript in Browser.
To be sure, we need more info:
- Post your macro (image and file)
- Post your target URL
- If it is a sensitive/private web page, then post the HTML code as text around the link, like you show in your screenshot, but as text rather than image.
