Simulate deletes before executing simulates after executing

Keyboard Maestro version: 9.0.6
macOS: Catalina: 10.15.6

This is a recent change (!> 1 month).

For any of my KM macros triggered by a type string, which have the 'Simulate deletes before executing' ticked, they no longer wait to execute before deleting. Example below.

Expected output: 2020/09/30
Actual output: kmda2020/0
