I apologize if this is off topic, so I won’t be offended if you ask me to remove it.

I recently followed the guide this article from Brett Terpstra on how to turn your Caps Lock into a “Hyper Key”. When you press your caps lock it acts as the escape button and when you hold it, it acts as holding down all 4 modifier keys.

Personally, I loved doing this because it feels like I have a whole new keyboard with which to make hotkey macros!

There is no problem with that post, it’s a helpful thing to do. I use a Hyper Key caps lock key myself.

Brett’s original post started it all off, but Jamie Starke wrote a post with more recent instructions which may also be helpful.

Glad to know! I fear I might get lost in Karibiner settings and never be able to use someone else’s computer again!
