Slow Down the "REPEAT" Action?

Is there a way to slow down the "Repeat" action in KM? In a lot of cases it happens so fast that the application doesn't recognize it and it doesn't work as expected. E.G. using it to repeat key commands like navigation arrows.

Sure, just include a Set Action Delay action at the start of the macro, or before the repeat loop.
