Before I try to copy/screen grab the Compose button, the recipient field, subject etc ..I thought I'd ask. I tried to inspect the elements in the HTML, and enter them into "Select Google Chrome Field" but they aren't consistent over time, to say the least. I know find image will be processor intensive... You will probably need to use Execute a JavaScript in Browser action to get or set gmail fields.
You might look at a KM Forum search on gmail to find some examples.
