SOLVED: Keyboard - DevonThink Questions

I am trying to create a macro that will simulate the following in DevonThink.

  1. When I select the image in DT and press GC/ open the GraphicConverter application with the image displayed. (I can do this manually by using the drop down open with and select GC selection in DevonThink)
  2. Press the cmd + I key

Anyone doing anything like this or is it something I will have to do in DevonThink?

Roger

I am amazed at what can be done with KM. My future questions will be how not can KM do something. Not finished yet but amazing!

This seems to be able to control any application!! :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

Hi @RogerW, when you open apps or menu actions in other apps, it's best to always use the "Pause until" action (red).

The macro pauses accordingly until the desired app is in the foreground. Here is an example of your macro, but with GC 11

GC open <B3E0 220617T214545>.kmmacros (24,7 KB)

GC open <B3E0 220617T214545>

Yes I agree but what I put up is just a concept showing how it works. A lot of changes need to be made in order to make it a good working macro.
