This is for a website to take call/chats/emails from customers. I am trying to have a notification/sound play when a chat has the status "After call work", and a separate macro for "Waiting for your reply". I included a screenshot of the code, where one chat has the status "waiting for your reply" and the second chat has the status "After call work". I do not know a lot about code, or if this would even be possible, but this would be a huge help if someone could help me figure out what kind of trigger or script to use.
