Spanning stretching application windows over stacked displays multiple monitors

If anybody is interested in this, I spent quite a bit of time trying to find out if I could automate this. I looked at about 2 dozen or so window management applications and tools and they all handle window position and sizing within monitor. Even if they manage to reposition or resize the window across the monitors, they didn't work for me to allow me displaying the single window stretched across multiple displays.

Have read countless of posts (Yes, Displays have Separate Spaces is unchecked in Mission Contro). Nothing worked.

So KM handles it very well and it was done in a few minutes. Here is what I did.

Yes, window management is a bit of a bear on a Mac and some regards depending on what you have as your primary monitor that's the one that it sees is left. I've used Apple scripts to span across multiple monitors, but when you've got your main monitor in the center like I do and then a monitor to the left and the monitor the right there's always tricky things that come up with it.

Multiple applications that have built-in window presets do not handle windows on top of each other very well either very hit and miss. I even went so far as to write my own windows management app about a decade ago before so many hit the market.

I've gone through dozens of methods, including using things and Keyboard maestro some things were a little bit slower. I use size up for many years until it started breaking down about two years ago. Breeze was the best one that I could find for multiple displays that stayed the most accurate currently I'm using magnet, which seems to be very fast and have a lot of nice preferences.

Thanks for sharing your post.

Sounds like you've done quite a bit of searching just in case you didn't come across this one I thought I'd post it here or at least for someone else.

The user spent considerable time exploring various window management applications to stretch a single window across Big Lots Survey multiple displays but found that most tools only manage windows within a single monitor, even with macOS's "Displays have Separate Spaces" unchecked. They successfully achieved this specific multi-monitor spanning using Keyboard Maestro (KM) in just a few minutes and is offering to share their KM macro details (trigger and actions) to help others facing the same issue.
