The Speak Text action speaks significantly more slowly after upgrading to MacOS Tahoe (26.2). Is there any way to increase the speed beyond the "Fast" setting?
You can Execute an AppleScript to change a number of options including speakingrate. See Speaking Text for the details.

Start by setting a "voice" for your Action -- different voices have different speeds, and that may help (though I don't think they differ "significantly").
