Steelseries Mouse Buttons not recognized by KM, but recognized by Better Touch Tool?

Hi,

Doing most of my things with Keyboard Maestro...

I just bought a SteelSeries Aerox 3 Wireless mouse, using the mouse via 2.4Ghz WLAN.

Tried all I could, but had no success getting KM recognize any of the buttons. After doing so many times I already was looking for another mouse, although I really liked this one.

Then I remembered that Better Touch Tool which I am using mainly with my trackpads has also mouse shortcut options, and gave it a try.

Without any changes BTT recognized all mouse buttons without any problem, and that made me wonder a bit. Is there any way KM can recognize these buttons too, cause if BTT can do that, KM should be able to do the same I "guess"?

If the USB Device Key trigger is not working for you then you're out of luck...

Keyboard Maestro is not a mouse driver and therefore has a limited ability to manage them.
