Assuming this is the name of the parent folder, what are the criteria for the subfolder(s) to be deleted? Or do you want to delete all subfolders of that folder?

Try this:

Replace the example path of the parent folder in the macro (green arrows) with your desired path of the parent folder! You can fill in the path by hand or you can drag the desired parent folder from the Finder into the field of the action.

For safety reasons I have set the file action to “Trash”, not as you wished to “Delete”.

If you really want to delete the subfolders instead of moving them to the Trash, then click the popup menu of the file action and set it to “Delete Dir”:
