Suggestion: allow macros to be moved between editor windows

Suggested enhancement: facilitate the dragging of macros between open editor windows.

Under KM V. 11.0.2, the user may have two (or more) KM editor windows open. One window might be set up to see the macros in group "foo", the other window might be set up to see the macros in group "bar". Macros can be dragged back and forth between foo and bar – but only within the same window.

Noted. I think it's probably supposed to work, but you are right that it does not.
